Experience a unique itinerant adventure in the heart of the high alpine valleys of Vanoise National Park! This 4-day trip is perfect for anyone dreaming of discovering ski touring in the high mountains, above 2,000 meters in altitude.

Your adventure begins in the village of Termignon with a first ascent through wild forests and vast alpine spaces up to the Plan du Lac refuge. Along the way, you’ll cross the vast expanse of the Plateau du Turc, then traverse the suspended slopes of the Vallombrun Glacier. The journey then gains altitude with the ascent of the Rocheure Valley and the climb to the Pointe de Méan Martin at 3,330 meters, before concluding this magnificent crossing with a long descent to Bonneval-sur-Arc.

A complete and wild itinerary combining a well-balanced physical effort (daily elevation gains of +500 m to +1,000 m), stunning descents, and breathtaking panoramas for a total immersion in nature.

Each evening, comfort awaits. We’ll spend our first night at the Plan du Lac refuge, one of the most comfortable ungarded spaces in the valley: a wood stove, blankets, and a warm atmosphere for a timeless evening. The rest of the journey takes us to the Femma and Fond des Fours refuges, where a generous welcome and a warm, hearty meal will help you recharge in the shadow of the peaks.

Day 1 : (+1000 / -300m)
After spending the night in the small village of Termignon, we set off on this first day of ascent between forest and wide open spaces to the Plan du Lac refuge for our first night at altitude.

Day 2 : (+1000 / -1000m)
The crossing of the Turc plateau will leave you breathless with its white, rolling expanses. Conditions permitting, we climb up the slopes of the Vallombrun glacier to finish the day at the refuge de la femma.

Day 3 : (+1000 / -800m)
We climb up the Rocheure valley to the pointe de méan Martin (3330 m), then descend to the Fond des Fours refuge (2532 m).

Day 4 : (+500 / -1200m)
Col des Fours (2976 m), long descent to Bonneval-sur-Arc (1800 m)
